"The Plan" Detroit 2007
I have put togeather a pretty realistic training schedule for the next 16 weeks. This plan is based on a goal pace of 8:30, and a finishing time of 3:42.51. I will be updating this image as the days progress.
This schedule was based a plan provided by Runners worlds Smart Coach. With a few tweaks based on adding Pace Runs, and what I learned training for LA.Labels: Detroit 07, Running
